2006 Ktm 250sx-f Cylinder head with valve cover, bolts, guides, cams, cam chain adjuster. Overall in great condition. Marks in two pictures one is the exhaust valve has marks on the stem, but not where it runs in the guide, only in the open port of the exhaust chamber. Other mark is on the intake cam lobe. Cam holder retainers and where the journals run are in great condition.Personally I would change the cams, but they could be ran in the condition they are now. Bolts that hold the cam cover on are standard thread not metric. At some point someone retapped the threads. Bolts hold cover tight. Bottom end went in this bike.
 
Valves will need adjusted I measured and the Valves are as follows (exhaust left .28mm exhaust right .25mm) (intake left .23mm intake right .22mm) Factory spec as per Ktm is ( exhaust .12mm - .22mm intake .10mm - .20mm )
